Lemuel is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2007 from Holy Cross of Davao College. He is also a Registered Cost Accountant. He took both his Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraisers licenses in 2015 after passing both board exams.
Hi, I’m Lemuel Lechido, a Licensed Broker, Licensed Appraiser, and a Registered Cost Accountant. I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2013, I focus more on resale, project selling, commercials, rentals and foreclosed properties.
Aside from brokerage, I also do real estate appraisals and had experience with property appraised in some residential and commercial properties in Metro Manila areas. I also do after-sales documentation, filings, and processings. I’m very much passionate about dealings, negotiations, documentation and property management.
