Bio:
Al Marzol, as he is fondly called by friends, is a graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration major in Accounting at the University of the Philippines Tacloban College, Tacloban City. He used to work as a Budget Officer at the Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus, Palo, Leyte for 20 years before he decided to go full-time as a Real Estate Service Practitioner in 2018.
Mr. Marzol got his PRC license as a Real Estate Broker in 2014 and a year after (2015), he became a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. He also got his license as an Environmental Planner in 2019.
Currently, Mr. Marzol is the Principal Broker and Appraiser of Goshen Realty Services, a family-owned Realty Service Provider. He is also the Sales Head of DD HappyHomes Subdivision Project in Tanauan, Leyte, a subsidiary company of Double Dragon Properties.
As a Real Estate Service Practitioner, Mr. Marzol believes in what the Bible says in Colossians 3;23 – Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for people.
