I am Francis Argee Blancas Rodriguez. I was raised by my parents and in still residing in Bacoor City, Cavite. I graduated BS Nursing at the University of Perpetual Help in Las Pinas City in 2007 and took my Nursing licensure exam on the same year. I am also a board passer in Nursing but I never practice that profession since then, but instead I engaged myself into business and became a licensed real estate broker in 2011. My journey in real estate started in DMCI Homes as a Property Consultant from 2010 until early 2011. In March 2011, I passed the board exam and my first sale as a real estate broker was a piece of lot in our subdivision . In June 2011, I accepted the job as a Property Specialist in Highlands Prime, Inc. and eventually became a broker coordinator for a short period of time because our team unfortunately was dissolved. After that, I decided to establish my own realty and FAB Homes Realty was created and registered to DTI in Feb 2012. Since then, I practiced and work hard in real estate and begun my accreditation to various real estate developers including SMDC, DMCI Homes, Camella, Landco Pacific Corp., Masaito Homes, Solar Resources, Inc. and name a few. I also practicing general brokerage and had done many transactions pertaining to title transfer.
So far, all the services I rendered to my clients had ran smoothly, even attending their complaints against the involved developer in after sales. I worked 7 days a week and attend my clients inquiry even during night time. I believed that as a real estate practitioner, you will still work even during holidays and weekends because these are the days when clients can put their valuable time to see the properties that we are offering, because buying of what they wanted is also part of their leisure.
Professional ethics is also one of my major concerns in the industry, not only to my clients but also to my co-practitioners as well. A sound relationship is crucial for this job and making friends are valuable to me. As a leader and manager to my team, it is my duty to adhere professional ethics to my subordinates and to inculcate to them righteousness and good faith.
