Maricar, as she is more popularly known, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management at St. Paul College Manila. She passed the Real Estate Licensure Board Exam in 2011. She worked in a BPO for 5 years and has worked full-time in real estate for 15 years now. She is currently handling Tagaytay Highlands projects.
