Nep was a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration wayback 2010 from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Sta. Mesa. He is a full-time banker and a part-time real estate broker for the past five years. He specializes in residential properties like houses, townhouses, condominiums.
