Bio:
Vener is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, he currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, from St. Paul’s Business School in Leyte. After he graduated from college, he worked with SM Retail Inc. and Emerson Process Management ROHQ as Accounting Associate. It was in 2013 a major career shift happened when he decided to take the Comprehensive Real Estate Service Review with Urban Institute of Real Estate and successfully passed the 2013 Licensure Exam for Real Estate Broker. He is in the real estate business for the past seven years. His specialization is residential homes, lots, townhouses, condominiums, leasing, and foreclosed property. He processes transfers of titles. He is also a Financial Advisor of Manulife Philippines, helping people secure their future. He is a goal-oriented and success-driven person, he also believes that apart from God he can’t do anything. He loves to cook and running on the weekends. He also loves to travel especially to places close to nature and historical landmarks.
